Q : What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping is offered for order over 250 euros. Otherwise, shipping costs will be calculated automatically according to the weight of the product and according to the destination.

We use Colissimo (French international express post services) to ensure all our shipments: you will have a dedicated tracking number for each order.

Q : How long the processing time will take? 

Our processing time is approximately 2-5 days following the validation of your order. This means that your order will usually be sent within this time. Once your items have been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

Q : In how many days I will receive my parcel?

Once processed, the average time of receipt of your articles is 2-5 working days for France.
For international countries, the time will be around 5 -10 working days depending on your geographical position and the local post services as well. Sometimes, it will take longer during the holiday seasons or due to the weather condition.

Q : How to track my parcel?

You will find the tracking number and link in the confirmation emails.

Q : From where my oder will be sent?

Products in stock are shipped from our gallery in France. For some exceptional cases and especially pre-ordered and customized products, it may happen that our workshops in Japan sends you the articles directly.
